VeeamON 2014 Diary – Day 0

2014-10-05 by Rasmus Haslund Leave a Comment

VeeamOn

I finally arrived in Las Vegas (VEGAS BABY!) for Veeam’s Global User Conference and Data Center Availability Event – VeeamON!

Today is Sunday and while some have arrived Friday and Saturday, I think most people will get in today.

Not much is happening that I am aware of today though, but here is my schedule anyway:

1. Register (opens 1 pm)

2. Attend Partner Reception (5 pm)

3. Attend Partner Dinner (7 pm)

Veeam actually put out a really good app for the conference (I wish someone at VMware would make sure the VMworld app was on-par with the VeeamON app!)

Here is iOS download link and Google Play download link

While this is how you might felt about VeeamON, your boss might feel differently.

That doesn’t mean you need to miss out!

If you are unable to make it here Veeam still has you covered with live streaming!

I am not sure exactly how much will be streaming but I am sure keynotes and such as a minimum.

Also make sure you follow the Twitter feed #VeeamON

Any questions on VeeamON? Fire them at the comments or hit me up on Twitter – @haslund
